PLEASE NOTE: Eventzapoppin may only be used for submitting relevant and appropriate content related to... uh... Events and Tradeshows. Any other content may and most likely will be removed and violating member accounts may be deleted and banned.
Description of Our Service
Eventzapoppin is a web service that allows you to submit articles or other appropriate web content that will be reviewed by other visitors and members and will be promoted, based on popularity, to the main page. When a user submits a news article it will be placed in the “Latest” area until it gains sufficient votes to be promoted to the main page.

By accessing the Eventzapoppin website or using the services offered by Eventzapoppin you agree and acknowledge to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms or to our Privacy Policy, please do not access the Site or use the Services. Eventzapoppin reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. We recommend that you periodically check this Site for changes.You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to use this Service. You must provide accurate identification, contact, and other information that may be required as part of the registration process and/or continued use of the Service.

Hereinafter, Contents refers to titles, descriptions and other text submitted to and published on Eventzapoppin, as opposed to the content of the site being linked to in a story submission.
By posting Contents you are granting permission to us and others to access and use it in connection with the Services, the Site and otherwise in connection with our business.
Eventzapoppin will save your bookmarks and other information for you and will provide you access thereto. Copyright of any work submitted to the Site remains with the originating source.
In connection with your Contents, you agree that you will not:

(f.) submit off-topic links, i.e. stories not related to the event and tradeshow industries;
(g.) abuse the privilege to submit links to your own content, e.g. multiple, back-to-back submissions from your blog, submitting the same content from multiple sources, or re-submitting the same story multiple times;
(h.) post or submit links to content which insults, belittles, contains profanity or in other negative ways affects other users or members.
The same applies to Emails, Messages and Comments submitted to, or transmitted via Eventzapoppin.
If you violate any of these restrictions, Eventzapoppin is authorized to deny or delete your Contents, and/or suspend or cancel your membership without prior notice. Eventzapoppin may do so in its sole discretion without any obligation to investigate. You will be liable to Eventzapoppin for all direct and indirect damages for any violation of the above mentioned restrictions. You agree to indemnify Eventzapoppin from all claims by third party resulting from your violation of the above restrictions.
4. Copyright
If copyright has been infringed by a website linked to from Eventzapoppin, we will remove the link and possibly suspend or ban the user who submitted the link after receiving notification from the copyright owner.
5. Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Eventzapoppin, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of the Service, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees, of every kind and nature. In such a case, Eventzapoppin will provide you with written notice of such claim, suit or action.
